Since 1998, Malta House has welcomed and provided help to women and their children in need. This organization takes in unmarried women and mothers expecting between the ages of 18-24, providing them with the help and sustainability to get back on their feet. They have contributed to their community in Fairfield, Connecticut by helping these mothers become more resourceful, independent, and resilient to make the best life for themselves and their child through assistance with education and career path, where these women gain their own financial responsibility.
